For people who like control of their fonts, FontCommenter presents an easy way to batch-add information to their fonts that makes them searchable through Spotlight, MacOS X 10.4's amazing file searching feature. Adding spotlight comments is an excellent way to begin the organization of your files. Double click on the FontCommenter Icon to set up or edit a Spotlight Comment template, then drag your files you want to add comments onto the icon to add the comments to your files.
